Terms of Use

Plain English, no legal jargon. Here's the deal.

By using OrderFit, you agree to this

When you download and use OrderFit, you're agreeing to these terms. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, that's okay — but please don't use the app in that case.

What OrderFit is

OrderFit is an iPhone app that uses AI to help you decide what to order at restaurants based on your dietary preferences, fitness goals, and macros. You give it your goals, it suggests meals from real restaurant menus.

You need to be 13+

OrderFit is for people 13 years and older. By using the app, you're confirming you meet that age requirement. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian read these terms with you.

Your account

To use OrderFit you'll need an account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you spot suspicious activity, email us right away. Don't share your account with other people — it makes our recommendations less useful for everyone.

Subscriptions & billing

• You get a 3-day free trial with full access to everything.

• If you keep it, subscriptions are managed through the App Store.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No hoops, no retention nags.

• Refunds are handled by Apple through their standard refund process — we don't process refunds directly.

• Pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe and is set per region.

About the meal suggestions — please read

Important

The meals OrderFit suggests are AI-generated estimates based on publicly available menu information. They are not official restaurant data.

That means:

  • Calorie and macro values are estimates. Real meals at real restaurants will vary based on portions, prep, and ingredients on any given day.
  • Menu items may not match exactly. Restaurants change menus frequently. A suggestion might describe a dish that's slightly different or no longer available.
  • Allergens are not guaranteed. If you have a serious food allergy, always confirm ingredients directly with the restaurant before ordering. AI doesn't know about kitchen cross-contamination, hidden ingredients, or recipe changes.
  • Modifications you make at the restaurant (extra cheese, dressing on the side, sub fries for salad) will change calorie and macro values.

OrderFit is a starting point and a planning tool. It doesn't replace reading the menu, asking the staff, or using common sense.

OrderFit is not medical advice

Important

OrderFit is for educational and informational purposes only. It's not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

If you have a medical condition (diabetes, eating disorder, food allergy, kidney disease, pregnancy, anything else), talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before relying on calorie or macro targets from this app. Targets we calculate are estimates based on standard formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor) — they're general approximations, not personalized medical recommendations. Don't make medical decisions based on what OrderFit shows you.

Restaurants and brand names

OrderFit references real restaurant brand names (McDonald's, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, etc.) for one reason only: to identify the restaurant where you might be eating. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these restaurants. We don't have a partnership with them. They're just real-world places, and you searched for them.

This is called nominative fair use — the same way a restaurant review site can say "we reviewed McDonald's" without being McDonald's. All restaurant trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Please don't

We trust you, but to be clear, please don't:

  • Try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
  • Scrape our restaurant or meal database
  • Use OrderFit to harm yourself or others (don't follow targets a doctor told you not to)
  • Resell access, share your subscription, or run a competing service using our data
  • Use the app for anything illegal or that violates other people's rights
  • Try to game review prompts, manipulate ratings, or anything dishonest

Our content is ours

The OrderFit app — its design, code, branding, copy, and the AI prompts and templates we use — belongs to us. You're welcome to use the app, share screenshots, and tell your friends. But don't copy or redistribute parts of the app itself. Restaurant names and menus belong to the restaurants. AI-generated meal text is generated for you and you can use it however you want personally — just don't republish it as if you generated it yourself.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to make OrderFit accurate and useful, but it's provided "as is." That means:

  • We don't guarantee the app will always be available or bug-free.
  • We're not liable for anything that happens because you relied on a meal suggestion (got the wrong macros, ate something with an allergen, missed a calorie target, etc.). Always verify with the restaurant for anything that matters.
  • We're not liable for restaurant menu changes, pricing differences, or third-party services that go down.
  • Our maximum liability for anything is the amount you paid us in the past 12 months — that's it.

You agree to defend us

If someone sues us because of something you did with OrderFit (used the app for something illegal, broke these terms, harmed someone), you agree to cover our reasonable legal costs. This is standard "indemnification" language — it just means you take responsibility for your own actions, not ours.

Termination

You can stop using OrderFit and delete your account anytime — Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We can also terminate your access if you seriously break these terms (like trying to scrape the database or sharing accounts at scale). If we ever do that, we'll tell you why if we can.

Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll let you know in the app or via email. Continuing to use OrderFit after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If a specific clause in these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Apple's Standard EULA

Because OrderFit is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies, in addition to these terms. Where these terms and Apple's EULA differ, the more user-friendly version wins for you.
